गणतन्त्र दिवस–२०७६ आज देशभर विविध कार्यक्रम आयोजना गरी मनाईएको छ । संविधानसभाको पहिलो बैठकले वि.सं २०६५ जेठ १५ गते नेपाललाई सङ्घीय लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्र घोषणा गरेको सम्झनामा प्रत्येक वर्ष जेठ १५ गते विविध कार्यक्रम गरी यो दिवस मनाइन्छ । झन्डै अढाइ सय वर्षको इतिहास बोकेको शाह वंशीय राजतन्त्रलाई बिदाइ गर्दै नेपालमा गणतन्त्र स्थापना भएको हो|
